Indiana Tobacco Prevention and Cessation/VOICE
The Indiana Tobacco Prevention Use and Cessation Board was created through the funds generated by the Master Settlement Agreement between 46 state Attorneys General and the tobacco industry, and by legislation enacted by the Second Regular Session 111th General Assembly. The Indiana Tobacco Prevention and Cessation Agency is responsible for developing programs to prevent and reduce the usage of tobacco and tobacco products in Indiana by utilizing best practices for tobacco control programs developed by the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
CHANCES for Indiana Youth currently houses ITPC grants in Clay, Parke, Sullivan, Vermillion and Vigo Counties.
