Vigo County Safe Kids

Safe Kids works to promote changes in attitudes, behaviors, laws and the environment to prevent injury to children.

Child Passenger Safety Technicians train parents and caregivers to select, install, and adjust car seats and booster seats. Also, to help parents and caregivers determine when a child is the right size to move from a child restraint to an adult safety belt.

Safe Kids Vigo County is able to provide assistance obtaining car seats to individuals that meet the programs qualifications.

We are also able to install and adjust car seats and booster sets for parents that already have their child safety restraint.
